Who We Are
The story behind the platform you trust
J99 was founded with one clear goal – to provide an online entertainment platform that truly meets the needs of players in Malaysia. We understand that the local market has its own unique character: Malaysian players want a seamless experience, convenient payment options, and of course, genuinely entertaining games.
From day one, J99 has prioritised three key things: player security, game quality, and ease of use. We do not compromise on any of these because we believe that player trust is the most valuable asset we hold. Every decision we make – from selecting game providers to designing the interface – is always guided by what is best for our users.
Today, J99 offers more than 500 game titles spanning slots, live casino, sports, fish shooting games, and much more. Our platform runs on cutting-edge technology infrastructure that ensures a smooth, fast, and stable gaming experience – whether you access it via desktop, Android, or iPhone.
"We don't just build a gaming platform – we build a community where players feel valued, protected, and entertained every time they log in." – The j99 Team

The J99 Journey So Far
Every milestone is a testament to our commitment to our players
J99 didn't become a widely recognised platform overnight. It is the result of a journey filled with learning, continuous improvement, and an unchanging determination to deliver the best for Malaysian players.
J99 was established with a vision to become Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment platform. A small but dedicated team began building the platform's core infrastructure with a firm focus on security and user experience.
Partnerships with world-class game providers were established, expanding the collection of slots, live casino, and table games. The number of game titles grew rapidly and was met with an enthusiastic response from local players.
Full integration with Malaysian payment methods such as FPX and DuitNow has been implemented, removing the biggest barrier for local players and making deposits and withdrawals easier than ever.
The launch of the J99 App for Android and iOS brought the gaming experience directly into players' hands. User response was overwhelmingly positive, with download rates surging within the first few weeks.
J99 continues to grow with new game titles added every month, technical infrastructure upgrades, and an expanding promotions programme. Our commitment to Malaysian players remains firm and unwavering.
Our Core Values
Principles we never compromise on
Integrity
We operate with full transparency and honesty in every aspect – from game return percentages to clearly written promotion terms and conditions.
Players First
Every decision we make always starts with one question: is this good for our players? The interests of our players always come first.
Continuous Improvement
We are never satisfied with the status quo. The J99 team is constantly working behind the scenes to refine and improve the platform on an ongoing basis.
Absolute Security
Player data and funds are protected to the highest security standards. There are no compromises here – your security is our number one priority.
Responsible Gaming – Our Priority
Healthy entertainment starts with awareness and self-control
J99 believes that real entertainment is entertainment that causes no harm. That is why we have a strong commitment to responsible gaming practices. We want our players to enjoy their gaming experience with joy and full control – not the other way around.
The J99 platform provides practical tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including daily deposit limits, loss limits, and the option to set a break period from the platform. We believe that a player who games with a clear head and a planned budget will have a far more enjoyable experience than one who plays without boundaries.
In addition, J99 enforces a strict minimum age policy – only individuals aged 18 and above are permitted to register and play. The KYC (identity verification) process we implement is not only for financial security, but also as a preventive measure to ensure compliance with this guideline.
