Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of j99.plus and all services, games, and features available therein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and J99 as the platform operator.

By accessing the J99 website, registering an account, or using any part of the platform — including downloading the J99 mobile app — you expressly and unconditionally agree to comply fully with these Terms. If you use the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have full authority to bind them to these Terms. In such cases, "you" within these Terms refers to both the individual and the entity you represent.

Registration Eligibility

• Not registering on behalf of any third party or as an agent for another person.

J99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements. False registration or submission of inaccurate information may result in the forfeiture of all wins and account balance.

Player Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at J99. Holding multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited. J99 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and all duplicate accounts will be terminated without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. J99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Contact the J99 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Ensure your password is strong and changed regularly for added security.
• Use the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature provided for an additional layer of protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

J99 reserves the right to freeze or suspend an account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected. During the investigation period, the player may be unable to access their account or make any transactions until the investigation is concluded.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at J99 are processed through the payment methods designated by the platform. Deposits are credited to your account almost instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes on business days, subject to the completion of standard security checks.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the account or payment method that has been registered and verified under the same player's name.

• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, using automation software, or deploying bots is strictly prohibited.

Player Conduct

Account Termination

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the J99 support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn first, as J99 is not responsible for any unclaimed balances remaining after account closure.

J99 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reporting or discovering fraudulent activity or misconduct.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Circumstances where providing services to the player concerned becomes unlawful.

If an account is terminated due to a violation, J99 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including bonus balances and unwithdrawn winnings.

Limitation of Liability

J99 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, J99 disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

• J99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• J99 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay at all times.
• Players are solely responsible for their own gaming decisions.
• J99 shall not be liable for any actions or decisions made by players based on information found on the platform.

Nonetheless, J99 is committed to addressing any technical issues promptly and providing appropriate compensation in cases where a platform disruption is proven to have caused direct losses to players, subject to case-by-case assessment.

Terms Amendment

J99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on j99.plus.
